Reports to: Group Retail Manager
We're looking for an enthusiastic, experienced Manager in Retail to join our growing Irish-owned pharmacy group, with 13 branches across Dublin, Meath, Laois and Wicklow.

Your Responsibilities
- Lead daily branch operations, including staff and stock management.
- Host daily huddles
- Champion community engagement initiatives.
- Deliver high standards in sales, service, and customer care.
- Implement promotions, manage cash handling, and oversee compliance.
- Responsible for all social media platforms for the branch, partnering with Marketing to ensure content is accurate and relevant
- Liaise with teams on fundraising events to support local charities, as well as in-store promotional events e.g. makeup masterclass
- Prepare for quarterly store audits and carry out any action points assigned
- Recruitment, Induction and mentoring of staff
- Management of housekeeping and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
- Manage staff rosters and weekly timesheets on Softworks
- Partner with HR on recruitment, on-boarding, learning and development, staff performance and development reviews and weekly timesheets

- High standards in administration and store presentation
- Minimum of 3 years retail management experience
- IT literate and hands on experience of MS Word and MS Excel
- Proficiency in retail systems (TouchStore/ similar) is desirable.
- Experience of an automated time and attendance system (e.g. Softworks/ similar) desirable
- Commercially-aware
- Target-driven and sales-focused
- Fluent English
