BMS Engineer

The successful candidate will support our extensive client base across technology, manufacturing, pharmaceutical and public sectors. Based predominately in the mid-west, the BMS engineer will complete planned and reactive maintenance visits, as well as supporting our project team with commissioning new installations and upgrades.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaising with account & contract/project managers to understand the contract requirement.
• Ensure a professional approach is delivered to the Client.
• Support and work as part of commissioning team.
• Conduct standard planned maintenance visits.
• Complete reactive callouts and repairs.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance carried out to include parts & system upgrades.
• Demonstrate to the Client the basic operation of systems on their site.
• Decommission any faulty equipment that cannot be repaired.

Experience & Qualifications

• 3 years' experience in a BMS or comparable automation role.
• Demonstratable experience working in a FM / Maintenance environment.
• Recognised electrical, maintenance or automation qualification
• Certified in at least one Cylon, Trend or Tridium systems.
