- Oversee the seamless day-to-day running of The Tack Room
- Ensure that all team members consistently deliver to Adare Manor's high standards of service and hospitality
- Lead, train, and develop a team of Bartenders, Mixologists, and Service Staff
- Drive profitability while maintaining financial oversight and cost control
- Deliver memorable guest experiences, with a focus on storytelling, product knowledge, and exceptional attention to detail
- Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally and efficiently
- Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety legislation, and internal policies
- Have at least 3 years of leadership experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel or high-end cocktail bar
- Demonstrate exceptional knowledge of spirits, wines, and cocktails, with a passion for industry trends and innovation
- Be a confident and motivational leader, committed to staff development and team engagement
- Provide intuitive and warm guest service, with a strong eye for detail and an understanding of luxury standards
- Communicate fluently in spoken and written English
- Remain calm and composed under pressure, while managing high expectations
- Experience working with Leading Quality Assurance (LQA) standards is a strong advantage
- Hold a recognised qualification in hospitality, bartending, or culinary arts (preferred)
- Excellent canteen with meals provided while on duty
