Minimum qualifications:
- JD, LL.B., equivalent degree, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in post-qualification legal work, focusing on commercial transactions.
- Experience drafting and negotiating different types of commercial agreements.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with cross-border transactions and international legal frameworks.
- Familiarity with data privacy laws.
- Understanding of the payments industry and related legal and regulatory frameworks (e.g., PSD3, eIDAS, PISA anti-money laundering regulations).
- Excellent problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to explain legal issues clearly and concisely to non-legal stakeholders.
