Assistant Manager - Hogs & Heifers Swords

Our Fab team in Hogs & Heifers Swords re looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager to join the team.

This is a fast paced fun restaurant that has an amazing General Manager that has training, customer care & colleague growth at the heart of what she does.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have at least 2 years previous experience as a manager or similar
• Have an outgoing and friendly personality
• Have excellent customer service skills
• Be a born people person and leader
• Be proficient in written and spoken English
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be flexible and work well under pressure

General duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Training and development of staff
• Managing the day to day operations of the Food Hall
• Administration, cash controls and implementation of all HACCP and any other required training
• Roster and stock controls
• To deal with any problems that may arise on a daily basis and report these to the General Manager
• To ensure all staff comply with Company policy and procedures.
• Provide and implement a fast, friendly and efficient level of customer service in order to enhance the overall customer experience in the restaurant
• Provide ongoing staff training and motivation and to develop the skills of restaurant employees
• To provide ongoing supervision of all service, presentation and dining areas
