Administrative Business Partner, Google Shopping

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of administrative experience in a technology or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in managing organization wide training and projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Experience in high-level administrative support to the Google Shopping Solutions leadership.
- Experience in collaborating with a diverse range of individuals, building relationships and contributing with a sense for team well-being and creativity for team events.
- Ability to demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, managing multiple priorities and maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Knowledge of the business, process, project and program management practices, with the ability to apply them when solving operational issues.

Responsibilities
- Perform administrative tasks in a timely manner while maintaining careful attention to detail, including calendar management, travel arrangements, preparing and tracking expense reports and meeting organisational deadlines.
- Act as a focal point of contact for other departments and external partners, appropriately handling confidential information as necessary.
- Guide collaboratively the Google Shopping Solutions Culture Club, with a focus on belonging.
- Plan, manage, and execute team offsites, events and activities. In addition to managing opex and budgeting for the Travel and Expenses, Spot Bonus and Fun budgets.
- Coordinate and draft internal communications including newsletters, team correspondence, town hall deck creation.
