Addiction Outreach Worker for Early Intervention in Psychosis (EIP) and Crisis Resolution Teams

To work as part of an EIP/CRT Multidisciplinary Team with the aim of improving the health and social gain of those experiencing addiction and mental health, including those who are not connected with the Addiction Service by offering support, advice and help.
