The Role
Our Finance department are hiring for an Accounts Receivable Executive to join the team! This role is responsible for managing incoming invoices and statements and ensure billing is completed in a timely and correct manner. This role is a fixed term role, maternity cover contract.
Your profile
Responsibilities:
- Client set up and onboarding
- Invoice processing
- Sending monthly client statements
- Monitor unbilled figures to ensure billing targets are achieved each month
- Work closely with client teams to ensure client invoice queries are resolved quickly
- Work closely with our clients, making sure all requests are responded to in a timely manner
- Assist with other finance tasks as requested
- 2 Years experience in a similar role
- Experience in a high-volume deadline driven role.
- Advanced excel skills.
- Ability to work to deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and an investigative approach to the role
- Good time management and ability to prioritize work
- Team player
- Ability to deal with and resolve queries in a timely and efficient manner
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
- Ability to meet periodic deadlines and targets
- Excellent organisational skills
- Independent and ability to work on own initiative
