FRS Recruitment are recruiting for Accounts Payable Agent to join our client based in Swords Dublin. This is a full time permanent position.

About the Role


Join a global leader in logistics and supply chain management. We are seeking an Accounts Payable Agent to support our clients finance team with vendor management, bank reconciliations, and accounting tasks.
  • Process and book vendor invoices.
  • Match and reconcile payments in the A/P system.
  • Manage vendor statements and resolve invoice discrepancies.
  • Build strong vendor relationships to ensure efficient issue resolution.
  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations.
  • Support the accounting team with exception reports and ad hoc projects.
  • Ensure accurate filing and management of accounting documents.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in public accounting or industry.
  • Strong accounting, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other Office applications.
  • A self-starter with excellent attention to detail and adaptability to change.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive mindset and a drive for continuous improvement.
