The Role
-The Accounts Payable Analyst is a key member of the Accounts Payable and the overall Finance team. The role will be responsible for the end-to-end processes within Accounts Payable, providing an opportunity for a fully rounded experience and ownership of all Accounts Payable processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain a strong set of financial controls and procedures.
- -
- Process all invoices within a timely manner using the company's purchase to pay system.
- -
- Process and manage expense claims, credit cards and petty cash.
- -
- Process intercompany invoices.
- -
- Analysis of positive balances on aged creditor reports for review with the Accounts Payable Manager monthly.
- -
- Processing payment runs.
- -
- Investigate and resolve rejected payments.
- -
- Preparation of vendor account reconciliations and resolve any differences.
- -
- Liaising with other internal departments and external suppliers to resolve queries.
- -
- Setting up new supplier accounts and maintenance of the supplier master data.
- -
- Daily bank reconciliations.
- -
- Assist with ad hoc finance projects.
- -
- Assist with the annual audit.
- -
- Support months end close activities (accruals and reconciliations).
- -
- Support wider Finance team with additional accounts administration on ad-hoc basis.
- -
- Demonstrate complete discretion and confidentiality.
- -

Candidate Requirements
-- -
- Relevant work experience in a similar role with specific experience in Accounts Payable, preferably in a large global company.
- -
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure to meet tight monthly deadlines.
- -
- Excellent attention to detail is required with the ability to follow through and complete all tasks in a professional and efficient manner.
- -
- Fluent English speaker and excellent communication.
- -
- Strong diplomatic and relationship building skills.
- -
- Proficiency in IT including strong MS Office and with Accounts software (F&O helpful).
- -
- Strong organisational skills.
- -
- Ability to deal with multiple jurisdictions.
- -
