Our client a leading and progressive company in Dublin 22 are looking to recruit for an entry level Accounts Payable administrator to join their team. This is a great opportunity to join a specialist accounts payable team on a full time and permanent basis. Once established and trained you can work on a Hybrid basis.

Role/Responsibilities
  • Processing invoices when necessary
  • Requesting supplier statements
  • Reconciling the supplier statements and creditors account
  • Creditors Reconciliations
  • Preparing monthly excel document containing payment schedule
  • Noting overdue/NGR, queried, missing invoices
  • Requesting missing invoices from the supplier
  • Scheduling payments
  • Preparing Batch payments
  • Setting up payments made through Fexco and Transfermate
  • Manage One-time vendor folder and reconciliations
  • Taking calls from suppliers
  • Cashflow reporting at weekly meeting

Candidate Profile
  • Previous accounts administration experience preferred
  • An accounting qualification desired but not essential
  • Proficiency using accountancy software packages
  • Exceptional numerical and analytical skills
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask, work to deadlines and work under pressure
  • Excellent Communication Skills both verbal and written
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and telephone manner
  • Fluency in English essential and must be confident in dealing with clients and vendors
  • Flexible approach to all areas of the role
  • Good keyboard skills essential
