The Ideal Candidate will have:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in an accounting role essential;
  • Previous experience in accounts payable desirable;
  • High level of computer competency;
  • Superb accuracy and attention to detail;
  • Excellent administration and communication skills;
  • Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of the team.


The Role

Working to deliver key responsibilities within the agreed time frame, the successful candidate will be required to:

  • Work 5 days per week in the busy accounts department;
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal designated personnel;
  • Process invoices and payments;
  • Reconcile supplier accounts;
  • Maintain and ensure files, records and reports are kept up to date;
  • Assist in processing weekly payroll.
