FRS Recruitment are recruiting for a Accounts Administrator to join our client based in Bluebell Dublin 12. This role offers Hybrid working.

What you will be doing:

Reporting to the Accounts Supervisor, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our clients Accounts department. Your work will span across sales, receivables, payables, and expense processing. You'll also support various cross-functional projects and act as backup for colleagues as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Ledger / Receivables
  • Allocate receipts and prepare lodgements
  • Issue customer invoices
  • Reconcile debtor accounts
  • Liaise with Credit Control and Sales teams
  • Respond to customer queries
  • Assist with month-end statement runs
  • Purchases / Supplier Ledger
  • Maintain accurate supplier accounts on INTACT and TRAX
  • Create and manage supplier invoice templates
  • Ensure timely invoice processing
  • Provide TRAX system support and training
  • Perform monthly reconciliations and payment runs
  • Oversee and spot-check expenses app usage
  • Other Tasks
  • Support other finance team members as needed
  • Ad-hoc assignments and project involvement

What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years' experience in a similar accounts role
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, Outlook, and accounting systems
  • Experience dealing with customer queries over phone/email
  • High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and team collaboration skills

Hours: 37.5 hrs/week | Mon-Fri, 9am-5:30pm

Training: Initial onboarding will require additional in-office days
