The Account Manager will work collaboratively across multiple teams within Landmark Technologies and maintain client relationships with key target accounts that have a strategic impact on the long-term success of the organization. You will identify opportunities and will work to resolve any issues or concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.

Duties Include:
Proactively own and manage the success of an assigned portfolio of clients and serve as the Key Point of Contact for those clients.
Drive recurring revenue by recognising opportunities for selling, upselling and cross-selling our products and services.
Build and maintain trusted long-term relationship with all stakeholders within the Client account.
Ability to structure and present compelling commercial propositions.
Liaising with technical resources to architect solutions and prepare proposals.
Drives new business development by researching, qualifying, contacting, presenting, and closing new clients.
Retain and grow a set of client accounts, by proactively engaging and influencing all stakeholders.
Continuously develops relationships with customer stakeholders, understands their key business issues, and recommends ways to deliver value.
Maintains and manages a pipeline of opportunities at named accounts, including renewals, projects, and share improvement opportunities.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of account management experience ideally in an MSP or within the IT or technology sector.
Knowledge of Microsoft Cloud (Azure, MS365) and Cybersecurity, Server infrastructure, firewalls, networking, wireless and BCDR are also highly desirable.
Strong influencing, negotiation and presentations skills; the ability to communicate effectively at peer and senior management level.
Commercially aware and driven with good business acumen.
Proven ability to prioritise effectively, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple opportunities.
