Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, digital media sales, business development, online media environment, or digital marketing role.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Dutch fluently in order to communicate in this client-facing role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of Google's competitive landscape and how to position our solutions versus the competition.
  • Ability to strategically assess and solve client needs via sales techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling, and closing.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, influencing and presentation skills.
  • Strategic and analytical sales approach and track record of building strong and lasting customer relationships.
  • Well-organized, analytical, and capable of working on multiple ad hoc requests simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with BeNeLux customers to work towards mutually beneficial objectives. Develop and maintain a pipeline of opportunities that impact their growth and increase investment with Google.
  • Understand what drives the customer’s business and provide strategic advice to help them grow.
  • Use the latest data and insights for ecommerce to educate customers and identify growth opportunities across markets and categories.
  • Manage a complex portfolio by understanding growth drivers, capturing opportunities for growth, and managing risks.
  • Develop Google's solutions within the context of a broader marketing strategy. Advocate for the customer internally at Google and ensure that resources are utilized to address critical opportunities.
