Accommodation Assistant - Weekdays

As an Accommodation Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests have a comfortable & enjoyable stay.

You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and five-star high quality standards of our guest rooms, public areas & other CLIFF accommodation outlets located near to the world renowned Cliff at Lyons.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• To be punctual for duties, correctly dressed and well-groomed, observing at all times the highest level of personal presentation.
• To be responsible for the daily worksheet, and handing in the completed sheet at the end of the shift.
• To provide the turndown service in the evenings to our guests to elevate their stay.
• To assist in the cleaning, redecoration and spring-cleaning (deep cleaning) programmes as required.
• To work with and keep lines of communication open and maintain respect for other team members at all times.
• To maintain a quiet, professional atmosphere in all public areas.
• Follow procedures for lifting, emptying and proper disposal of trash in the interior and exterior of the hotel.
• To complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
• To carry out stock takes as directed by the Accommodation Manager.
• To dispose of all rubbish following the correct procedure, leaving the corridor free from debris at all times.
• To use all cleaning products and materials correctly and with care following the established procedure laid down by The Hotel.
• To attend training meetings as required.
